Shipping service is provided from either USPS, UPS or a similar reputable service, depending which is more convenient for us. Our flat rate for shipping inludes insurance for the full value of every order. We do not offer refunds. We will exchange our products if they are in like new condition, but in no instance past 14 days of the original shipping date. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, but we will not recharge shipping when we exchange a product.
